Meet Our TEAM
Dr. Christine Snow, O.D.
Dr. Christine Snow received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California college of Optometry where she graduated with honors. Dr. Snow loves providing family care optometry and enjoys specialty contact lens fitting. She received her glaucoma certification from Berkeley in 2015 and treats a lot of our glaucoma patients in office. Dr. Snow enjoys volunteering in her community and joining with VSP and Bayside to provide eyecare to the underprivileged. During her time away from work she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, traveling, yoga, hiking, and visiting the Bay Area cheering on the Warriors and 49ers.
Dr. Elizabeth Bolliard, O.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Bolliard is a recent graduate from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry! Born and raised in Las Vegas, Dr. O'Neill moved to the Roseville area in 2017 to settle down with her husband , their dogs, and their son George. Dr. Bolliard enjoys Pediatric Optometry as well dry eye disease treatment and myopia management. She loves competitive cooking shows, cheering on the Raiders and Golden Knights, and spending time out in the sun.
Brenda, Office Manager
Brenda is the office manager at Roseville Optometry. As a business owner for over 18 years, she has extensive experience in customer service, managing staff and is always looking for ways to improve our office. Brenda has even taken extra courses in the eyecare industry to excel in all areas of patient care.
When Brenda is not at work, she spends time with her husband and three kids, one of which is busy in high school varsity sports. Brenda is a big foodie and loves to cook as well as travel. As if Brenda wasn't busy enough, she is also a published author and has owned her own specialty bakery business.
Stephanie, Optician
With over 15 years at Roseville Optometry, Stephanie enjoys helping our returning patients and watching our young patients grow up. Stephanie is our frame expert and will help you find the right glasses for your vision needs. She has been a Roseville resident her entire life and is a proud mother of two amazing kids: Hailey and Michael, and now a grandmother of 2! When Stephanie is out of the office she loves to cook, create new recipes, and host dinners for her friends and family. Stephanie also loves to garden and plant, and take care of her most treasured puppy Dani.
Phyllis, Optician
Phyllis is one of our most experienced Opticians here at Roseville Optometry. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Phyllis is your expert in eyewear, lens materials, and contact lenses. Throughout her career, Phyllis has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients. This has allowed Phyllis to refine her skills in eyeglass fitting and contact lens fitting, and offer more personalized attention to our patients. Phyllis continues striving to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where patients feel comfortable discussing their vision needs.
Outside of work, Phyllis enjoys time with my family and friends. She stays active by paddle boarding, swimming, taking walks around her neighborhood.
Diane, Optometric Assistant
After retiring from Bel Air, Diane's passion to working with others lead her back into the workforce. Diane loves our patients and brings over 45+ years of customer service experience to our practice. Outside of work, Diane finds joy in raising her 13 yo great grandson while fitting in tennis, golf, pickleball, and attending her weekly Texas Hold'em tournaments. With over 15 years at Roseville Optometry, Diane is the best to seek help in your contact lens care and help navigate your insurance.
Ashley, Lead Technician
Ashley is a dedicated and passionate professional with over 5 years of experience in the ophthalmology field. She finds immense joy in her work and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Outside of the office, Ashley is a loving wife and mother to a young son, cherishing family time and enjoying adventures through travel.
Inessa, Optometric Technician
Inessa is one of our talented optometric technicians! She began as an intern, interested in a career in health and is passionate about helping our patients and her teammates. Inessa will help you get checked in and run some pretesting before
you see your optometrist! She is also currently attending college with a desire to learn more about her interests, passions, and character into pursuing a professional career! In her free time, she likes to play the piano, draw realistically, and journal in her Bible!
Sophia, Optometric Technician
Sophia is a UC Davis student studying to become an Optometrist in the future. Her humble heart and passion to help others drives her to pursue a long-term career in this healthcare field.
Sophia loves to spend her free time with her family and volunteering with the kids at her church. Having played in high school sports, to continues to have a love for volleyball and basketball in her free time.
Emma, Intern
Hello, my name is Emma and I am an intern here at Roseville Optometry! I am a current junior attending Antelope High School where I am a part of many AP classes and extracurricular activities. I would like to pursue a medical career in the future, although I’m not sure which one. On a normal day in the office, I respond to patient inquiries, confirm upcoming appointments, perform some patient pretesting, and maintain the cleanliness of our beautiful facility. I am a very friendly and flexible person when it comes to completing new tasks. My goal is to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied with their visit. Outside of my professional and academic careers, I enjoy getting ready, exercising, spending time with my friends and family, and baking.
