Dr. Christine Snow earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. She is passionate about providing family eye care and has a special interest in contact lens fittings, pediatric eye care, and glaucoma. In 2015, Dr. Snow received her glaucoma certification from UC Berkeley and currently manages many of our glaucoma patients in-office.
Beyond clinical care, Dr. Snow is dedicated to serving her community. She volunteers locally with organizations such as VSP, Bayside Church, Sacramento Loaves and Fishes, and the Lion’s Club, as well as internationally with non-profits like Great Shape, Inc., providing vision care to underserved populations.
Outside of optometry, Dr. Snow enjoys traveling, yoga, paddleboarding, and hiking. A former Golden State Warriors dancer, she loves cheering at basketball games—especially for the Warriors and her son on the high school court.
Dr. Kevin Nguyen is a Sacramento native who earned his undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science from UC Davis before completing his Doctor of Optometry at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry. He went on to complete a Residency in Primary Care, Low Vision, and Traumatic Brain Injury Management at the Tibor Rubin Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Long Beach, California.
Dr. Nguyen has a strong passion for managing ocular disease, with a focus on glaucoma, diabetic eye care, and macular degeneration. His residency training also provided advanced experience in low vision and traumatic brain injury management, further strengthening his ability to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
He is dedicated to providing personalized attention and helping patients understand their eye health so they can make informed, confident decisions about their vision.
Brenda is the Office Manager at Roseville Optometry. With over 18 years of business ownership experience, she brings a strong background in customer service, team management, and operational efficiency. Always striving to enhance the patient experience, Brenda has also completed additional coursework in the eyecare industry to broaden her expertise and support all aspects of patient care.
Outside the office, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, one of whom is active in high school varsity sports. A true foodie, she loves cooking and exploring new cuisines, as well as traveling with her family. In addition to her professional career, Brenda is a published author and previously owned a specialty bakery business.
With over 20 years of experience at Roseville Optometry, Stephanie is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and takes joy in watching our young patients turn into adults. As our frame expert, she is dedicated to helping each patient find the perfect eyewear to meet their vision needs and personal style.
A lifelong Roseville resident, Stephanie is the proud mother of two, Hailey and Michael, and a proud grandmother of two precious grandchildren. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, hosting dinners for family and friends, and traveling to South Carolina to visit her grandkids.
Sophia is a UC Davis student pursuing her goal of becoming an optometrist. With a compassionate heart and a strong desire to help others, she is dedicated to building a long-term career in the field of eye care.
In her free time, Sophia enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with children at her church. A former high school athlete, she continues to stay active and has a lasting love for both volleyball and basketball.
Phyllis is one of our most experienced opticians at Roseville Optometry, bringing over 14 years of expertise in eyewear, lens materials, and contact lenses. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of patients, allowing her to refine her skills in eyeglass and contact lens fittings while providing personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs. Phyllis is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their vision goals.
Outside the office, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She stays active by paddleboarding, swimming, and taking walks around her neighborhood.
After retiring from Bel Air, Diane’s passion for working with people led her back into the workforce. For over 15 years, she has been a valued member of Roseville Optometry, bringing more than 45 years of customer service experience to our practice. Diane is especially skilled in contact lens care, including training new wearers on proper insertion and removal techniques, as well as helping patients navigate their insurance benefits—making her a trusted resource for our patients.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys raising her 14-year-old great-grandson and staying active with tennis and golf. She also loves the challenge and camaraderie of her weekly poker tournaments.
Inessa is one of our talented optometric technicians who first joined Roseville Optometry as an intern. Inspired by her interest in healthcare, she is passionate about supporting both our patients and her teammates. Inessa assists patients with check-in and pretesting to ensure a smooth visit before they see the doctor. Currently attending college, she is eager to continue exploring her interests and developing her path toward a future professional career.
Outside of work, Inessa enjoys playing the piano, creating realistic drawings, and journaling in her Bible.
Emma is an intern at Roseville Optometry and a senior at Antelope High School, where she takes multiple AP classes and participates in various extracurricular activities. She is exploring a future career in the medical field.
At the office, Emma assists with patient inquiries, confirms appointments, performs pretesting, and helps maintain the cleanliness of the facility. She is friendly, flexible, and dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels welcome and well cared for.
Outside of school and work, Emma enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends, getting ready, and baking.
